Absolutely worst experience ever! We ordered parts online and over a week later called to check on them. We were told they weren't in, yet they had been sitting in their shop for a week. Adam is a flirtatious idiot. Mike the manager is a liar. I have been waiting over two weeks for the main store manager to call me back and have not gotten a call. Every time I call or go into this location it's like my business is a hassle and my questions about parts are dumb. I ask if you have it because 99%of the time you dont have it. You guys dont even have replacement line for a winch but you're the closest "legit" off road parts store to Brownscamp and the Tillamook State Forest and OHV areas. Step your game up guys it shouldn't be that hard.
