Called into the store and I have to say even with what’s going on these days they got it right. Tim and Mike are some great guys and the staff they have are very knowledgeable. They act more like your buddy than a salesman they joke around with you and at the end of it all they can’t wait for you to call or stop back in just to chat. Great place and a great staff. First experience here was an A+! Not sure how anyone could complain, not from what I witnessed anyways. I called about getting a soft top ordered and installed on my Jeep. They had the top in and ready to install within a few days. Install was quick, great communication, customer service and even worked with me to get the best price I could. Thanks 4WP and especially Wes who worked with me the whole way! You definitely have a future returning customer!!
Horrible experience. Management and customer service at this location is a joke. Scheduled an appointment two weeks prior got there on time to get some suspension work done, after waiting for two hours they had not even looked at my vehicle. Keep in mind the job only should have taken around an hour and a half. Then they tried to charge me for parts that I did not want and knew for a fact they were overcharging and trying to take advantage of me.
