Too bad I can't post a picture here of their inventory parked on top of all the handicap parking spaces. I'm 100% disabled vet and will share the picture and review with any and all veterans sites and overlanding sites I am able to.UPDATEI was in Indianapolis today so I swung by to see if anything has changed. I hate to have to share this but I’ve given 4 Wheel parts in Indy over a month to make it right and they’ve ignored Me. I bought a new set of 36x12.5 R16 LT Super Swamper tires from them and had them dismount my old ones and mount the new ones on my 16x10’ Ions. They do not call their customers back and take FOREVER on running an assessment. I've never had such a bad customer service experience before.
Purchased a set of tires at the 4 wheeled off road jamboree was told had lifetime rotation, balance they did the 1st time for free the next time wanted to charge me for it only half price $37 went to discount tire paid $40 but was only 8 miles away not 25. made appointment the first time and when I got there was told I didn't have a appointment,they did get me in since I live quite a ways from there
Had an appointment scheduled this past week but had to cancel due to lack of communication, having a hard time getting through the phone lines to actually talk to someone and when I finally did, I caught attitude. I called for three days before my appointment and couldn't get through until the day before (I had to call back to back a few times just to get someone to answer).
