Poor customer service, long delays in orders. Took my vehicle in for warranty work on my shocks and to check the TPMS. Counter clerk was very rude, TPMS wasn’t checked, was told shocks had to be ordered. One month later still no shocks. Take your hard earned money somewhere else, this store doesn’t care about customers.
RecommendedVery helpful and knowledgeable staff. Purchased an air compressor for our new rv. The store employee took the time to explain his experience with big rigs and dually tires, which our rv has.
Very slow turn around time and very poor cuatomer service. They kept pushing my work order back and when I finally drove down there they were rude and again hadn’t even started it. In fact, there response was, “we can just not do it for you” which was very rude. I also paid in advance for the service so that response was very arrogant and rude. had a full 4 Link kit put on my WJ and I have to say this has been the best service I have received since I started this project. Kyle was extremely professional and stuck with the quote they originally gave me. I'm not going anywhere for service from now on. 5 STARS

They've installed several leveling/lift kits, spacers, and other things. Work is always good. They are chill and don't try to upsell you.
Always puts in the most effort to get you exactly what you need. Attentive techs and sales staff.
