I dropped off my car and was told it’ll take 3-4 hours to do the work. After 4 hours, I get a call saying they realized they received the wrong parts. There was not a single car in the shop when I dropped off the car and still not a single car when I went to pick it up. While on the phone, the manager tells me it only takes 5 minutes to get the parts on, yet has me wait 4 hours just to call and tell me he didn’t have the right parts.
