Unfortunately, my experience at was extremely disappointing. They failed to fix the issue with my car, and I was charged $1300 for nothing. The manager was also rude, and it seemed like they were understaffed. Would not recommend."

I brought my Jeep here to fix the steering issues. They replaced the tie rod and drag link, and told me it was good to go. But when I picked it up, the steering wheel was still shaking, and the wheels were visibly misaligned. I went back again and they did an alignment, saying now everything was fine. But I barely drive this Jeep — I only use it on weekends, and not even every week. After just a few light drives, the same issues came back. Total Offroad sold me 7 defective Toyo Open Country R/T Trail tires that started dry rotting and shedding tread lugs at just 5,000 miles, putting my safety and truck at risk. I spent nearly $2,500 buying these tires and had problems since the beginning. After 5 months of excuses from the “tires are on the way” to “we don’t know where they are” I’m here to share my story. Stopped in to see if they could help me with setting up a winch inside trailer to roll a large compressor and a large generator in and out by myself. Will, the Store Manager was very helpful and suggested I look online for a drill driven winch. Found one and it works perfect. Went back to see if they could help me attached a wheeled boat jack to the compressor to winch it in and out of trailer.
