Horrible customer service, flat out lies, and holding my vehicle hostage. Called to tell me my vehicle was done after they closed and we told them 25-30 minutes to get there (as we live 25 miles away) and was told they wouldn't wait. Had no problem taking $2,000 from me over a month ago and never calling about parts. Absolute worst company ever! Please take your business elsewhere! Purchased parts for our Tayota Tacoma that were unavailable at the time at the Mesa location. 4WP picked up the parts at their west valley location to expedite pick up time. Appreciate 4WP going out of their way and providing great service.
