After having a very bad experience with the Nolensville Pike store in Nashville, TN, we were hooked up with the Marietta store. We had the pleasure of talking to Derek Johnson, who was a God send. My husband is building an 86 Chevy 4x4 and half the parts we had received were wrong, Derek jumped in and not only got us the right parts but he also arranged for UPS to pick up the wrong parts at our home. I’ve visited this location twice within the past month. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent parts to choose from and outstanding service. I’ve used this location, and other 4WP locations in the past and I’ve never had any issues.

We can’t say enough good things. Nick was very helpful and patient answering our son’s questions and helping him decide the best way to lift his truck, including ways to save money or do the work in phases. The work was done on time and professionally. The estimate included work that might be necessary (it wasn’t) so there were no surprises with the bill. They really care that you get what you want and drive out happy.
This will be the 4th vehicle they have done for me, lift, tires, wheels etc. Haven’t done me wrong yet!
