1 star isnt low enough this is my second time in store both times surrounded by upset customers due to them being promised their cars back Hours earlier. I Originally came in after purchasing 640+ dollars wheels and having them installed and balanced for 100 dollars. After spending 5+ hours waiting in store I left in the peak of traffic therefore not going past 25 mph not having the opportunity until the next morning to feel that my wheels were 100% out of balance the steering wheel shaking Violently. I just discovered a dishonest and shady practice when I hired @4wheelpartsofficial to install my new tires. When I picked up my truck they told me that they lost some lugs nuts (which seemed weird) and they replaced them with some black ones. Come to find out when putting my tire back in the hub, @4wheelpartsofficial broke several studs, then replaced them with a fine thread stud of a different size, then used these new black lugs nuts to fit and never told me what really happened.
