I contacted 4 Wheel Parts on Tuesday for some possible promotional products to give away at Jeep-In’s that I host for AJCP (American Jeep Club Project) in both Colorado and Wyoming. There’s an event scheduled for this Saturday in Cheyenne Wyoming. Now, when I contacted them I was by no means expecting anything for the event, but for our future events. CJ has always treated me right! I purchased and had a 3.5 Rubicon Express Sport, rims and tires put on my JK by the 4Wheel shop. I purchased my rock sliders from 4Wheel and CJ scheduled the install which happened without incident! CJ is an excellent customer service person who shows how much he enjoys his position with 4Wheel Parts! I will continue to do business with 4Wheel parts!

Went in for Memorial weekend specials and Daniel hooked me up with a screaming deal on wheels/tires/lift/gears for my 2016 JKU. It was supposed to take 2 days and they finished in 1 saving me a day of rental car! These guys know their stuff and have fantastic customer service!
I ordered a set of tires on Saturday and had a appointment to get them mounted later this week. This morning i noticed a large bolt in my tire. I called today with the hopes of being able to get in today so i didn't have to try ti patch or seal a bolt in my tire for 4 days. With luck Andy was able to get me in and get the tires mounted. I know this a luck of the draw scenario but i appreciate that Andy took the time to talk with the service manager and work me in. Seth, Cj, Andy and who ever else I forgot have been very good to work with. I've only bought a few things through them but they always greet me by my first name and supply top notch service and products.
I had placed an order online for in-store pick up. There ended up being an issue with my order on the corporate end, and the order was never sent to the store. After calling both the corporate customer service and the store, CJ took care of me and my parts were in the store ready for pick up the following day. There was then a manufacturer's defect on one small part and CJ again took care of it with utmost professionalism.
