They fired hundreds of employees to save money. Boycott 4 wheel Parts.
So we had to drive 3 hrs to do a return. They almost turned us away because they don't do returns on Sat. Luis went above and beyond to help us out. We greatly appreciate his excellent customer service. This easily could have been rated a 1. Thanks to Luis it is a solid 5.
Worst buying experience ever!!! They charged my credit card for the order. After 3 days order status did not changed. I asked them what's the status - they answered that I need to confirm my credit card. They sent me PDF form to provide CC details including CVV :) What a joke. I definitely do not recommend buying from them - no issues with Quadratec for example.
