I’m giving 5 stars because I got the wrong parts in on my truck. I know your wondering , what? And why? Because everybody make a mistake sometimes and it how they handled it that make me respect them now. They owned up to it and upgraded me on my shocks and honored the quoted price for me and now my truck sits and rides a lot better! Thank you guys for being the type of place that has integrity and pride in their work. And just like Arnold would say, I’ll be back!!

I didn't get that vibe or service at all. My handler ( Ike) was very good at customer service. Came down last week to change my order. One of the other staff promptly corrected it and kept my same schedule date. Actually the whole staff was professional. And very pleased with the results.

Went in for wheel balancing problems I was having on my truck. I was using balancing beads and they weren't working. I asked to have the beads removed and balancing done with weights. I live in Searcy and on the drive home the vibrations in my steering wheel were worse than when I took it in to 4 Wheel Parts. When I got home I crawled under the truck and there were NO weights on the wheels at all. I took it to a local shop here in Searcy. They told me that the beads had been removed but NO weights anywhere on the wheels !!! ... read more
Have spent quite a bit here for both vehicles. Lift wheels tires and accessories for a JK and tires and accessories for a Ram. They have always beat other prices and always did top notch work. Great place and awsome employees!

I got a great deal on some new ProComp tires for my pickup. Eric did a great job handling the sales and the technicians did a great job on the installation.
