I have tried to get a re-gear quote from the Norcross store twice now. I've tried both the phone and email. They ignored my email. The kid that answered the phone obviously did not know anything about re-gearing but did take down my information. I gave him all the info necessary and he promised to call back with a quote. Never heard back. No way I would let them touch my Jeep.

Great bunch of salesman and techs that really know their stuff. Always willing to help and talk you thru a add-on. I am a technician myself and don't trust anyone but these guys with my truck.
