not happy at all its a waste of money and time this was on the norcross site ,worst service ever and some of the employees dont know about what the flip,i let them installed the suspension lift on my toyota tacoma its a fox ipa 2.0 coilovers and i told the guy that i wanted it leveled and the next day it came out not leveled and alignment was way way off, did bring it back told the them that if they can adjust the coilovers just about an inch or soo just to leveled it and yet they told me its hard to adjust it and they dont ... read more
Best place to come for tires. Warranties are good, and you get that anytime free rotation.
Sorry service. Walked around looking at stuff and not one of the four guys there asked if I needed help. Then stood at front counter in front of two of them and never even acknowledged me. So i left and took my money with me. If you don't know that service sells you may want to check into that.
This review is subject to change if I ever receive the expected service that is already paid for. Long story short, I was supposed to have a Ranch Hand installed on my truck a week and a half ago. Upon arriving, they tell me they received the wrong installation hardware for the bumper. Called to follow up yesterday and I'm told I'll receive a call as soon as the person handling my ticket is done with their current task. I call again today because I didn't receive a call back. All I can say is these guys are great. I highly recommend them for your 4 wheel parts and service.
While I have had issues here in the past, I have to say this store has really turned things around. I have made several visits over the last several months, and Derek has always taken awesome care of me. This past Saturday, I broke an axle and the manager stayed late so I could pick up a replacement. Customer service does not get any better than that. I will definitely be a regular customer going forward!
