I sat down knowing my curls were uneven. I paid and believe my hair was going to be cut evenly but instead my curls completely cut off and curls STILL uneven. I believe this is due to the technique Amanda used and her not knowing how to cut my curl pattern. She told me she needs to cut my hair at it’s natural state but continue to stretch my hair out which contradicts her statement about cutting at its natural state. Thank you for your feedback and we do apologize that you were not satisfied with your cut. The tension that was provided in your cut was not to straighten the shrinkage to an even length but rather to remove any split ends that hook together on the ends. We do offer a guarantee in our cuts that upon styling your own hair, if you find that it needs to be corrected within the week (as we all know our curls react differently when we style it ourselves) you can reach out and we will have you come back the way you style your hair... read more
I love Amanda and Emily! I’ve gotten my curly hair cut with a rezo cut and I love it! My curls are bouncier than ever and I feel more like myself. I’m so glad they are in San Antonio as there are not many rezo cut stylists close by. And they’ve taken as much precaution as possible during covid. I feel safe and taken care of as always. They also sell curly hair products and recommend exactly what you need. If you’re a curly hair girl, check them out! Scheduling is super easy online as well.
I greatly appreciate the customer courtesy and professionalism from staff and Management (Ms Amanda Martinez). Never have I gotten such a cut before!!! I decided to get bangs, and I’ve never been happier with my hair!! Emily did my graduation hair, and I went from long, same length hair to short round hair!! The results were wonderful!! If I can trust 480 Hair salon to do a huge cut on my hair right before graduation, y’all should too!! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Emily did an amazing job with my devacut, walking me through every step of it and explaining exactly what she was doing, while showing me how to do it on my own. My hair came out fabulous and I learned so much! I highly recommend Emily, and I will definitely be coming back!
