About this business
In 1983, the lat Karn Voss reopened Karen's Beauty Shop. At the time her daughter-in-law, Jackie was attending Cosmetology school. Upon graduation in April 1983, Jackie joined Karen in her shop. After 5 years of working together, Jackie took over the business and "the Hair Co." was born. In Januaray 2004 Jackie's daughter, Jodi began cosmetology school. Upon graduation Jodi joined her mom in their new salon, 3rd Generation. Today, the girls at 3rd Generation enjoy working together like family, helping one another.

There is not a stylist in this salon that wont make you feel like you aren't important. Beautiful group of ladies inside and out! <3
I drive an hour half to go to Jody to do my hair she is awesome. I live in st charles missouri and I won't go to anyone else to color my hair or cut unless it is an extreme emergency.
Haley was nice and cut my hair exactly how i liked it which i can be very picky I was very pleased by their Service and Manners :)
Love the atmosphere. Ali does a great job. She listened to what I wanted and it turned out more than I expected.
