Jack and his crew were amazing! I had my floor done by a previous "contractor" and it turned out to be a nightmare. I had heard great things about 3rd Generation and gave them a call. Jack came out and was upfront and explained what needed to happen with absolutely no pressure! Floor was redone and they look great! I've gotten so many complements on the floor. I should have called them in the first place! Daniel was great too; he was very helpful. I would definitely recommend 3RD Generation Flooring! Great people!

Jack is a true pro. Showed up on time and finished when he said he would. Price for installation didn't change even after a miscommunication about supplies and doing an extra section in a storage closet. It's not often a contractor performs so well you wouldn't consider "shopping around" next time a project arises, but Jack is our flooring guy!

So happy with my new floor, it turned out beautiful. Jack and the team did a wonderful job. Lots of tricky turns and odd angles in our house and their experience shows in the results. Also did a nice job replacing the baseboards and cleaning up.
