If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Super patient, good communication, easy to get along with. Tops.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I scheduled a viewing for a unit in VT. We arrived to find that no one was there to show the unit. I called the number on the confirmation email and was told that the viewing was "self-guided," and they required a scan of a picture ID before I could view the space. We found this to be completely unprofessional-- there was no communication about his prior, and had I not called, we would have assumed it was a no-show on their end.
