We've used 3G Mobile for years and have always been more than satisfied. Last week I thought I had a cracked screen on my I6. Took it to them, they found that the screen protector was cracked & the screen was fine. I had another screen protector; they took the old one off and put the new protector on for me FOR NO CHARGE!! I love honest companies that do the right thing for their customers. Thanks Again 3G Mobile; you save me $160.00
Dropped my phone in water Friday night... Thought it was toast but was advised to try taking it to 3G Mobile. I did that Saturday morning... $55 and about 72 hours later, I had my phone back in PERFECT condition. No data loss and apparently no loss of function either. Preeeeeeetty shocked and beyond relieved.
I took my broken phone it to be fixed. I found everyone there to be very helpful, courteous, and patient. Chris was extremely helpful. I left with a working phone and will be taking my sons phone in next week! Thank you Chris for your excellent customer service.
I have always been very pleased with the repairs they do, in a very reasonable time frame, and at a very fair price. My battery needed changing. I bought the battery online. I went to Batteries and bulbs and they wanted $40!to install. I told them I wouldn't pay that and walked out. Next I went to a t & t and they referred me to 3G mobile. The gentlemen were so nice. They charged me $20. The next day they called to see how my phone was doing. I told them great.
