If Facebook offered 6 stars instead of 5 I would vote ☆☆☆☆☆☆! I'm a professional photographer with a portrait studio here in Salem, after a photo shoot I had a major issue when my cameras memory card broke and got jammed inside the memory card slot!! I tryed everything myself and had no success. I was beside myself worried I was going to need a whole new camera! Chris was very helpful, I called on a Saturday asked him if he could help me out and my phone was fixed on Monday. A few weeks went by great and my phone over heated due to Samsung's update, and he still covered the warranty on it and had it fixed again without charging. Very great place 2 go to and they don't use any cheap aftermarket parts for the Samsung's!
