took my ipad pro here about 2 months ago. I just need screen replacement as my ipad was cracked. they hae the cheapest cost among the others I inquired however, when they repair my screen, my face ID is not working anymore. My face ID was working before I took it in for the repair and when I asked them about it they blame that there is a scratch in the front camera.
