If I could leave a 0 star, I would.. the communion Was -100! I requested to cancel 40 mins after I placed the order because I realized I made a mistake, they didn’t respond until I sent a follow up message. I was told I shouldn’t have used WhatsApp, BUT THEY HAVE THE OPTION TO SEND MESSAGES. So why have the option is it’s not the way? I had to send their cancel policy because it seemed they didn’t know about it. 0/10.
RUDE! Don’t even bother calling. The guy that answers the phone is completely rude and unprofessional. I called to ask a simple question and got screamed at “no” and then hung up on. RUDE!
Great service, much better picture quality than other online companies, their pictures come very clean and the Crystals quality are superb! I highly recommend them.
