I love getting stabbed at the 3-D Skin lab. Frank's work is amazing and his style is super unique. frank will make you laugh, educate and inspire you the whole way through. The pricing of his work is very good and will always work with you. I would recommend him for your 1st tattoo or your 100th tattoo. Frank cares very much about the work he is doing and always wants it to turn out the best possible. I will always tell anyone I know to go to frank
