Gotta say, I've been wanting a tattoo for years, glad I waited. Frank is a cool dude who works with you, willing to listen, and easy to talk to. Mine is being done in stages, some may not know why something is the way it is, but they will... its art, work in progress, and I'm stoked and can't wait to see the final product.
