This place is cool and has a solid inventory of 3D products — no complaints there. The issue is the customer service, which is really hit or miss. Honestly, about 50% of the time you’re going to run into attitude instead of help, especially from the guy with the tattoos. To be fair, there is another employee whose customer service is always 100% on point, but he’s rarely there when I go.
