BUYER BEWARE: I placed an order for woven labels on April 7, 2021 and was told it would take 3 weeks for my shipment to arrive. It has been 5 weeks (and counting) and I still don't have my labels. Not only has my order taken twice as long as I was quoted, the customer service and communication is horrible. My emails are being ignored and every time I call I'm told that Hugh (the owner) is "working from home".
