I placed an order for woven labels on April 7, 2021 and was told it would take 3 weeks for my shipment to arrive. It has been 5 weeks (and counting) and I still don't have my labels. Not only has my order taken twice as long as I was quoted, the customer service and communication is horrible. My emails are being ignored and every time I call I'm told that Hugh (the owner) is "working from home". There are apparently 2 owners and the other one doesn't speak good English which only adds to the frustration. He keeps telling me to email Hugh, but I have emailed Hugh for the past 3 days and have not received a response.
I have requested concessions since they didn't honor their quote and was told that they can't provide a discount because labels have a very small profit margin and they wouldn't make any money....yet I'm losing money because I can't launch my business due to the label delay. My 3rd party private-labeling company has all of my inventory prepped for labeling...waiting for 3A Thread & Supply company to send them the labels.
This has been by far the worst business transaction I've ever experienced. If I could give negative stars on this review I would.
