My Experience for The Flats. 1)LOOK at the reviews. Very unprofessional & embarrassing. 2)When requesting to live in all female or all male, please be aware that at The Flats, the MAJORITY of ppl always have a significant other living with them. Not just staying over but LIVING with them. My Experience for The Flats. 1)Management/Owner will argue on google reviews on who is a tenant at their properties. If you're writing a negative review, they will say "you have never been a resident with their company", especially if they can't figure out your name. RED FLAG! LOOK at the reviews. FSU students avoid! Cockroach infestations, crime, and very thin walls to hear everything. Disgusting cleanliness and an administration that does nothing at all to fix anything or even buy a new dryer that doesn't break down every 2 days. On top of that, you are unable to get out of your lease even when offering 2 MONTHS of rent. Air is extremely dirty coming out of the AC. Despicable.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the folks at TLH rent. Maintenance requests are always serviced in a timely manner, sometimes same day. Jennifer was also very accommodating when I requested an apartment change. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.
