Customer service is very unhelpful. They are just there to collect a check and go home
This leasing apartment (the flats on high) is absolutely horrible. Every rent period there are suspicious and unnecessary charges that I need to call and have remove. The excuse is”sorry that was a mistake on our part”. Please review the charges before you pay. It’s the 3rd time I’ve had to call. They charge late fees at 12am on the 4th the night before which is ridiculous because last pay period I wasn’t charged on the day of the 4th and was able to pay my rent without late fees. I have lived there for 6 months. It was an amazing apartment and the management was really nice. The manager Jennifer was very professional and was always warm. She helped me in my deposit problem very patiently. I would highly recommend this place.
The rental practices are typical for most college rental properties. They will find any way to upcharge you, but that's to be expected of commercial rental offices. They figure you'll move to a different state after school and won't pursue legal action for negligence in their part. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Expect to be charged for cleaning fees and carpet cleaning fees, regardless of following your lease to to the T they will find some way to milk a charge out of you.
