I have lived at the pavilion for 3 years and I would like I would like to recognize our maintenance technician Travis for his outstanding service. He is always fast, efficient, and professional whenever a maintenance request is submitted. He responds promptly, completes repairs correctly, and takes the time to ensure everything is working properly before leaving.
Save yourself the headache from this place! They kept our deposit and half the rent from my nephew leaving early and still have the nerve to try to send him to collections for $28. He’s been gone for a year already! Let’s not forget, they allowed him to live there for a year without renewing his lease, and when I called to give a courtesy that he would be leaving, they wanted to quickly try to evict him even though we paid them monthly without the lease. After I moved out, 385 mixed up photos of units and mistakenly charged me almost $700. They reached out (after i left a google review) and revised these charges after a lengthy phone call. Nonetheless, they enforce tenants to get professional cleaning or they withhold the security deposit. Additionally, they sent a email out a month before move out saying we needed to hand in the keys and move out by 12pm on July 31st, or they would charge for each hour after that. The lofts are a great place to stay, especially for upperclassmen. Easily the best location in collegetown. The customer support is instant and the office is super friendly. This is a hidden gem in Tallahassee.
It appears they’re just charging & taking money from people freely and blatantly not responding to applicants or submissions. I myself, filled out an app., sent app. fee, & didn’t even receive any correspondence in regard to anything. Not via telephone, or email, etc. I find that highly suspicious and very concerning.
