Avoid at All Costs: Honest Review of 385 Rent Properties (Flats on High Rd / Arrowhead / The Pavilion) I lived in apartments managed by 385 Rent for nearly 5 years including Arrowhead (before renovations), The Flats on High Rd, and The Pavilion and I can confidently say this was the worst rental experience of my life. This leasing apartment (the flats on high) is absolutely horrible. Every rent period there are suspicious and unnecessary charges that I need to call and have remove. The excuse is”sorry that was a mistake on our part”. Please review the charges before you pay. It’s the 3rd time I’ve had to call. They charge late fees at 12am on the 4th the night before which is ridiculous because last pay period I wasn’t charged on the day of the 4th and was able to pay my rent without late fees. I moved in 7/11/2024 and checked my lease an... read more

I have lived there for 6 months. It was an amazing apartment and the management was really nice. The manager Jennifer was very professional and was always warm. She helped me in my deposit problem very patiently. I would highly recommend this place.
