Writing this as someone who works in the same industry but for Bozzuto. The team did such an amazing job at today’s event. You can tell that they really care about their residents and building a strong rapport with the people they serve. I want to give a shoutout to the whole staff, including the cleaners, who do all they can to keep the building running and functioning smoothly. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and have never really even thought of moving anywhere else. The front desk people are always friendly and ready to help. Edwin and Pious the maintenance are always extremely friendly when coming by and doing work! I was mistakenly charged for my ESA and the leasing office quickly reversed the charge after I cleared things up. I really like this place!
if i could give ten stars i would! i came in for a tour during the june heatwave and Tee, leasing manager, immediately offered me a water. i laid out a very specific set of requirements for an apartment for my cat 🐈 and i, and they showed me one WELL within my price range that met all of those requirements and more !! i asked SO many questions about the facilities, and i got very specific and accurate answers. i’ve recommended this place to all of my DC friends, and now i’m recommending it to all of you! ps having an entire... read more
