3801 has been a great place to live! The concierge and management teams are very kind, helpful, and accommodating! The facilities team is awesome, too, and they promptly address any work orders that come through. If you want to live in an apartment that has welcoming staff and a positive atmosphere, 3801 is it! :)
Tee made the application and move in process such a breeze and I am so happy to call 3801 Connecticut Ave my new home! The staff is warm and welcoming and for an older building everything is kept very tidy and functioning!
