The customer service experience was beyond HORRIBLE. I got a Honda Accord from 378 last year. Ever since I've gotten the car I've had more problems then I've ever had with any car. Before I purchased this car there was minor work that needed to be done to the car. They stated they would get the work done first before selling me the car because they don't like to sell cars that aren't properly fixed.
