Terrible leasing company. Takes forever to hear back from them, they throw random fees for everything just got get more money, and after you move out they will still charge you rent. Stay far away from these con artists

This place was fantastic to deal with when the owners were in charge. However, after they retired and handed it over to the staff, it quickly became a joke. As a long-time renter, I eventually left, and they kept most of my deposit after refusing to meet for the walk-through. I won't recommend or rent from 365 again. My advice: rent from a private landlord instead—management companies just don't seem to care.
By far the worst property management company I've ever rented from. They don't call back, maintenance requests go unanswered for months. Have had a water leak for almost a month now, left multiple requests in their portal, no response. Guess when it turns into a mold situation they wont have a choice. They give you 4 hours schedule for your inspection tell you they will charge $50 if they cannot get in the property then they don't show up. I'd like to charge them my hourly pay for sitting for 4 hours only to watch them drive... read more
Not happy witht he fact my light at my place keep flickering dont stay on they wont fix some of my plug ins they said theyll send eletricain or somthing but who wants take a shit or leak in dark or hell even shower light wont stay on
