The previous administration, if it was good, is not the same as the current one. I've been saying for over a year that my hand and my stove are useless and they're doing nothing to fix it.
365 RPM is extremely responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY! RPM took over my building half way through my 2nd year leasing my apartment. I was a perfect tenant, wasn't once late on a payment, didn't put a single tac in the wall, and they are the shadiest company I have had the displeasure of trying to work with. I am one of the board member with our organization. We have only been with 365 for a short time, but we've already seen monumental differences from our last management company. Susie returns calls or emails the same day or within a twenty four hour period. We also receive emails showing they have received our hoa dues, and then get another email with a receipt. At this time, I highly recommend 365 to manage your HOA.
