The properties at 10th and 26th Ave are disgusting, The city should fine you for littering. Maybe have dirty tenants tie their trash bags.
Do not go with this property management, they are very rude, unprofessional, they dont care if your struggling at all and only care about raising their prices high recommend avoiding this company or any of their properties as we've have had multiple problems with them 1 including losing a signed contract to end our lease early due to financial issues and interior problems they refused to fix..the staff are very rude and inconsiderate as well
Will never go with this property management again they are extremely rude and unprofessional
Go somewhere else people ate a joke here
