I am one of the board member with our organization. We have only been with 365 for a short time, but we've already seen monumental differences from our last management company. Susie returns calls or emails the same day or within a twenty four hour period. We also receive emails showing they have received our hoa dues, and then get another email with a receipt. At this time, I highly recommend 365 to manage your HOA.
I am literally FLOORED by the level of customer service I've experienced with 365 Real Property Management. I'm a Loan Officer and have closed over 40 townhomes/condos over the last five years; I have never seen this level of efficiency, response time, and overall professionalism, ever and it's not even close. They have always been great with me! They communicate well and help as much as possible with anything needed. The office staff have always been kind to me and I haven't had any issues. They have been prompt in maintenance issues as well! I requested a new lock on my door for extra security and one of the maintenance techs, Thomas C, called me very quickly the same day to meet me at my house and check out what options we had. I’ve rented from 365 for over a year and they’ve never once fixed anything i’ve put in a maintenance request for. My AC has been broken for over a month, my house exceeds temperature over 85+ degrees, and 365 has refused to fix it. Even though they’re legally obligated to because it’s outlined in the lease. Good luck getting ahold of this company, they also love hidden fees.
