After catastrophic loss of data and backups, the rest of my contract term saw a decline in service quality and rise in rates. After their systems failed to properly track bandwidth, my service was throttled and I was forced into a plan I could not afford, account rep deceptively misled me about the terms to walk me into an annual auto renewal at the higher rate. Their "early termination fee" is in fact 100% of the monthly bill through the end of the term, and if you can't pay it, they'll sue you.

365 Data Centers’ is a Philadelphia based DC that's located in the famous 'Penn Medicine Science Center'. If you know it, you'll know it is in the very heart of University City (know for for both medical and tech start-ups). This DC is HIPAA, PCI DSS, SSAE 18, SOC 2 and ISAE 3402 compliant as it must be given it's users. The data center has redundant power, cooling and 24/7 security through the entire year (i.e. 365 days). The pricing is reasonable, especailly for the level of service you get.

Have recently moved some equipment to their data center and have been impressed with the physical security and support staff that are on site. Very nice high quality locking enclosed racks. Better row spacing between racks than I have seen in other places. Nice facilities if working on site for any extended period of time.
