What I experienced with Lido equities was fantastic. There aparments are clean and well kept. The staff is very nice and I would highly recomend Lido equities!
horrible seeming company. worst apartment application process i’ve ever experienced. Incompetent arrogant and patronizing staff. Patronized me for not finding an online application myself. Then didn’t know where it was herself. I had to call back three times to ask for more instruction after repeatedly experiencing obstacles. I waited four days for them to respond to an email after calling and bumping the email chain multiple times.
