It is as simple as this, they do not provide the service you are charged for. They have and will harm their patients without apology. They will continually charge them after they have decided to leave the practice. Seeking treatment here puts you at a risk and may result in your teeth being in worst state than they are at beginning of the treatment. Two of my daughters have been patients of Dr Partovi and I am taking my youngest to her for the first time. She is a genuine and caring orthodontist that takes each individual patient’s dental needs into account. She is always making sure my children are comfortable and on track with their orthodontic process. Her professionalism is outstanding, and it is reflected in her staff and office.
Today I got my braces removed and I am incredibly happy with the results! The technology is so amazing, the staff made me feel like family, and the Dr will not let you leave without making sure your teeth look and feel fantastic! My favorite part was how the Dr shaped my teeth to give me the most optimal finishing touch to my brand new smile. I really loved the experience and I recommend 360 Orthodontics to anyone who wants an award winning smile :)!
