RecommendedI can't recommend this program and Sensei Stomberg enough. Both my kids now 13 and 10 started training several years ago and they love it. Sensei and the other instructors always keep a great balance of technique, discipline, character building and physical fitness all while keeping it extremely positive and fun. I also started training at 360 in my 40's and love the adult program. It has provided me the right amount of physical challenge and fitness while showing me real techniques to defend myself. My son and I have trained under Sensei Stomberg at 360 Defense in Colchester for a couple years now. She is helpful and fierce and wonderful and an excellent instructor - to children and adults alike. Our loss is clearly Middletown's gain! We will def be taking the road trip to stop by and train!!!
