The 360 program and Sensei Stomberg have taught me way more than I could have ever imagined. Discipline and strength physically and I can’t even begin to tell you what it has done for my mind. This is a family. Hands down one of the best things I have ever done. The minute I walked in that door (at age 45 mind you), I knew I could start this journey and succeed. She is the epitome of strength and encouragement. Take the journey... I promise you that you won’t regret it.
Sensei Stomberg is a cheerful and welcoming instructor. Her martial arts skills are even better than her attitude. 360 Defense has helped me build my strength and endurance beyond what I could ever have imagined - both physical and mental.
