Unprofessional, rude, crooks in disguise. They take a portion of your deposit for illegitimate reasons, knowing that it's too much work for the average person to go through the small claims process for just a few hundred dollars.
We submitted a application for a rental from north property and we're still awaiting but Jessica has been very helpful through the process I truly recommend anyone to give a call if you have questions they will help you and tell you what they're missing etc all these reviews were misleading but I can tell you she was very helpful do your own research and deal with the company yourself !!!
