Recommended35th is a great fabric shop. Lots of great fabric choices. Love Lori the store mgr. she is always there to help you or answer sewing questions. The staff is just great, friendly and helpful.

I adore the Ladies! They are helpful, kind, and have humorous disposition. They maintain a wide variety of sewing essentials! I always find something fun. I’ve also utilized their services for sewing machine maintenance several times over the years. Great shop!

Helpful, friendly, very good thread and notion selection. The El Mirage store is close to where i live. If a product is not available in el Mirage it can be ordered from 35th and northern store for pick up at elMirage. Saves me a 40 mile round trip drive!
