Excellent selection of quality name brand quilting fabric. Many brands of sewing machines for all budgets. Visited 3 days in a row while vacationing in Arizona. Inquired about elastic to make scrunchie. Was shown elastic for making masks. Wanted something firmer. Was informed "this is a quilt shop, not Joann's." Very rude comment. The location in El Mirage is so convenient! If they don’t have what I need, the main location will ship it to them so I can pick it up.

First of all, any time that I visit this store, I receive exceptional service. The clerks are all helpful whether I'm looking for material, thread or have questions on my Babylock products. I've attended many classes for sewing and serger. The instructors were awesome, and knew their machine and subjects well. I love the new class center. Jackie is especially helpful to me. Since I live out of state, they are very efficient and effective if I order items on line. Thanks to all.
