So very disappointed with my first experience with this store. I purchased the "last" of a particular sewing machine on their website, the next day was told a customer just so happen to buy the same machine in person at the same time I purchased it on-line so I lose out. This story/reason seems very unlikely. What's more believable is I made my purchase and an employee failed to set my item aside and then sold it in error to someone else. This store is amazing! They have so many choices for fabric, they have sewing machines, service sewing machines and have all the things you need for sewing clothing, or making quilts. They also have awesome classes and quilting services too! And I shouldn't forget the friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff!
