35R Solutions has been a major disappointment. They took over management when the previous owner sold the property I had lived in happily for 10 years. They do not care about tenants and refuse to communicate. You cannot talk to a person. I have called, emailed and text for months. If I received a response it was timely and I was directed to use their portal. I sent a message the last week of October. I’ve yet to receive a response. Avoid this company if possible!
Guess they do not honor vouchers or return calls.
Warning - They will rush you into applying for a house and then tell you that you did not get it, yet wont return the application money, dont waste ur time...
