We rented a West Seattle property managed by 35R for about 2 years. Our experience specifically with William, Christina, and Andy have been exceptional. There was a winter when our heating went out, and William was at our door within a couple of hours with multiple space heaters to keep us warm. This was also on a weekend. These apartments were a reasonable price for Bellevue They were responsive and affordable
My wife and I saw a house for rent we wanted. We paid $80 to apply for the house. I realized the house was in demand because there were others viewing the house but we applied anyway. We spent a couple of hours doing our applications, uploading docs. Within a few hours. I looked online and saw that they raised the price by $200 putting it out of our range. I feel this is really sketchy behavior to have potential tenants apply (with a non refundable fee) knowing they were going to raise the price of monthly rent by $200. I do... read more
