My wife and I saw a house for rent we wanted. We paid $80 to apply for the house. I realized the house was in demand because there were others viewing the house but we applied anyway. We spent a couple of hours doing our applications, uploading docs. Within a few hours. I looked online and saw that they raised the price by $200 putting it out of our range. Did not disclose very important information for a rental- that the owner of a house that they listed for rent was adding a duplex in the tiny back yard. Loss of a yard, driveway, and half the lease duration spent listening to construction. They claim that the rental was priced accordingly for that, but it was already $300 OVER the median rent for that area. Would have been really nice to know that information prior to wasting my Saturday for a tour. Thanks.
Only positive things and very respectful when it came to troubles. Very happy with how they handle things.
A really great property management company, I’ve been living in one of their properties for years and they have done nothing but great things. If I have any issues they never hesitate to get it done friendly and quick!
