Very-very disappointed. Requested the maintenance work on December 15th. Today is February 14th and I still without dishwasher. 2 month to do all dishwash by my hands with a baby and a big family(we live in a 3br). They said: "Christina will contact you in 2 hours" and it`s been 2 days already. No one contacted me. And it is like that for 2 months. Have no words. We rented a West Seattle property managed by 35R for about 2 years. Our experience specifically with William, Christina, and Andy have been exceptional. There was a winter when our heating went out, and William was at our door within a couple of hours with multiple space heaters to keep us warm. This was also on a weekend.
