What a fantastic experience! the staff at 35 South and Princeton could not be better. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable & courteous. They made the process of finding, leasing & moving into my apartment as seamless as it could possibly be. The whole property is well maintained and they were even out removing the snow this past Sunday at 6:00 AM. Thank you to Brenda & Dan for being so amazing and all of Princeton too!

I lived in the one bedroom apt for two years. I'll start with the positives - Jenny and the maintenance team here are fantastic. They are very helpful and prompt. Anytime I put in a service request, they helped me within an hour or two. It was very easy to contact the management team and have any of my concerns addressed. The apartment is nicely updated but very small, but I was able to turn it into quite a nice cozy space for the time I lived there. Now for the negatives: 1.
