My fiancé took his 2003 Harley Davidson Road Glide in for a 3 hole service and they went above and beyond. He did great work and we are very happy. Another customer for life!
I could not be more impressed with this business. Cole came and picked my bike up, will drop it back to me in the Spring and while being stored over the winter does an oil change and an inspection of it. All for an unbelievably reasonable price. He went out of his way to message me that my tires were good for now but close to needing replacement and then offered and followed through on sending over some quotes on options for new tires. Insane Cycles has been super helpful with everything regarding my bike. They took care of it and treated it like it was their own. Whether it’s regular maintenance or upgrades, it doesn’t matter they have given top level service. The owner, Cole, has been working on bikes all his life and understands what it takes to get the job done.
Cole did an inspection for a used bike I just bought. Very friendly and knowledge!
