I had a great experience with Cole at Insane Cycles. I brought in my motorcycle with a tough starting issue that wasn’t easy to diagnose, but he stuck with it and didn’t give up until it was fully resolved. I really appreciated his persistence and dedication to getting things done the right way. I could not be more impressed with this business. Cole came and picked my bike up, will drop it back to me in the Spring and while being stored over the winter does an oil change and an inspection of it. All for an unbelievably reasonable price. He went out of his way to message me that my tires were good for now but close to needing replacement and then offered and followed through on sending over some quotes on options for new tires.
