Redmond is a beautiful place to be in...
Ok, I have to be honest... we loved and moved into the apartment immediately we saw it - excitement. Nobody (management) did not bother giving us a heads up for the Roach infestation going on. We asked for the pest control people and we were told to do it out of our pockets??? And their management personel QUITS so often you can't keep up with the names of who you talked to last. The ONLY advantage you have in this place is walkable distance to the Topanga Mall... period and no commas :-(
If I were asked, I would NOT recommend this apartment complex. The office staff is lacking and the location is subpar- there is a cabinet manufacturing shop and a moving truck (Semi's, not a small moving truck) warehouse across the street. The cabinet shop starts every morning at 6 am...the semi warehouse noise is 24/7 and brings about some questionable persons. You cannot trust the office staff- I was told when I notified them over ONE MONTH before the end of my lease that I would be doing one month as holdover rent and mov... read more

This apartment complex is ran by a very professional team and well maintained. Rental rates are reasonable and the apartments are very well maintained. I would recommend this complex to single's as well as families.
This property has gone through so many changes, especially with staff, that you can be sure that living here will disrupt your opportunity for any peace and quiet. The owners are remote in caring about "your" needs and intrude in the lives of the tenants that include less than 24 hour notices in entering your apartment for non-emergencies, last minute notices of major renovations, and poor upkeep of the property. Seriously, these places are full of ants, roaches, and termites and unidentifed yuks. Do not rent unless you like these little critters.
