It has been a little over five months since I moved into Mosso Apartments, and it is even more apparent that I made the right choice he. What a horrible, vile place to live. Make sure you have a locking gas cap and don't keep anything valuable in your car. Residents will steal gas, stereos and patio furniture. Parking is always a nightmare. The walls are thin and the ceilings are wood so you can always hear your neighbors talking, screaming kids and dogs barking. The neighbors are not very friendly or they not speak English. The police keep the peace better than the security. Renovation completed in 2015. Brand new interior and exterior of very building, all new appliances, counter tops, cabinetry, hardwood floors, and washer and dryer in every unit. There are two pools, three fitness rooms, and free wifi!! The staff rocks!!!
First of all, I'd like to say that this place from the beggining when I first moved here I go into two fights with two neighbors that made me horrified to live here. Nonetheless I've gotten my car towed away from in front of my own home. I'm just fed up of bad to worse living .....
Worst apartment I've ever lived in. They lie to you. Allow people into your apartment without notice or even their staff with you. As the person below said they are infested with bugs so much so that they allowed a vendor to enter my apartment without giving us any notice. They made us move all our furniture so they could supposedly spray but they never did. They guy just looked around and although we didn't have any bugs our neighbors were infested. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this place because I had seen many bad reviews for it. This is a great apartment complex if you are looking for a studio. The price is very affordable and set up is good to where the apartment doesn’t feel so small. The management is great and easy to work with; they are always professional, courteous and responsive. Worst apartment to live in and morover they almost took all my security deposit in the end. Oh boy they charge you with one hefty amount stating carpet cleaning whole apartment cleaning and also painting. What's the difference between carpet.cleaning and apartment cleaning? And also painting. Just day time robbery. Now you go n see.. 2 bed for $2000 to $2400. Definitely I would say its not that worth living there if you are a family. The best pool in Mountain View! We really enjoyed our time here. We had to relocate for several months due to renovations in the rental home we are living in. The Regency was our preference due to its lovely facilities and gorgeous courtyard. Everything has been fully renovated, inside and out, so our apartment had all new paint, carpet, flooring, tile, appliances, etc. Our house has four bedrooms, so we were surprised to find that the two-bedroom apartment was more than adequate for our family, even with guests.
