I'd give this place 0 stars if possible. Where to start?? 1 . The developer tried to get away with illegally building a roof with amenity space, extra large balconies for the 12 apartments that have them, used an illegal building substance for the facade. The fate of the roof is unknown at this point, but be aware if you try to ask property management what's going on - they lie to you and tell you they've been out of the office.... 2.
