So far, I've had a good experience with 33 Realty Management. My property manager, Shelby, has been very responsive and supportive from the application process to move in, etc... The application and move-in went smoothly. All move-in work orders were expeditiously addressed.
We had Becky cohanim as our realtor and she did amazing with communication and our experience was amazing! Highly recommend
My roommate and I found an awesome apartment in Lincoln Park through 33 Realty Management. We had a great experience working with Becky who made the apartment search seamless and was always very friendly and professional. I’d recommend 33 Realty Management apartments for anyone looking to rent in the Chicagoland area and make sure to ask for Becky!
Edit: The company responded to my review within a day yet took over 4 days to return multiple calls and voicemails to the same number they tell everyone to call. Absolute con artists. Stay away from this disaster. Actually disturbing that this company hasn’t been shut down. You will NEVER get through to a single representative or agent. They actively decline calls and keep their voicemail boxes full so you can’t leave messages. NEVER try to sign a lease here. Every single person that works here deserves to be unemployed.
I have been trying to contact ANYONE from the office regarding the “New property management company” after said company stated there was zero record of my rental in their system. 33 Realty has been unresponsive for over 2 days, and they informed me of the lease switchover less than a week before rent is due. I have not been able to make a rent payment to either party and have left multiple voicemails and emails. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous.
