I want to highly recommend 33 Carpenters Construction for work to be done with Roofing and Siding. They were courteous and very detailed in making sure we were able to get the value we deserved. 33 carpenters did a great job on our roof. They walked us through the insurance steps and helped us make a claim on a full roof replacement. **** was very helpful and punctual. The roof looks great and we are happy with the results.

I see good reviews. However my experience has not been good. They did a roof for me 6 years ago. Part of the roof is flat and had caused a leakage problem in a bedroom,hence why I called in the first place. This area was pointed out and should have ha a sealed type roof but they didn't do this and now the same area is leaking. After I first called they sent someone to look at the area and was told to call back when it leaked again. I have called 3x in 3 weeks and received no response. The roof is still under warranty.

**** did an amazing job!! Our roof was fully replaced by lunch time! Looks fantastic! If you need your roof replaced 33 carpenters are highly recommended!!

**** was Phenomenal to work with. Everything was explained in detail about the scope of the project. My understanding and satisfaction was very important to ****. The crew that he brought was outstanding. They finished the whole project in one day and the cleanup was amazing! I highly recommend 33 Carpenters their goal is to deliver on Everything they promise.

Employees worked extremely hard to complete the job timely. Amazing work ethics. Appreciative of how they came to me and worked with my insurance company to accept the liability. Clean up was done very well. Could have been a little more cautious in protecting my landscaping and had two small items that they promised to fulfill but did not. Overall satisfaction is high and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My insurance company assessed my house for a hail claim and informed me that there was no damage. 33 Carpenters was able to give me a second opinion and happened to find extensive hail damage. Fortunately, they were able to work with my insurance company by getting this matter resolved. I would specifically recommend ***************************** out of the ***************, ** Office. Absolutely the best roofers I have ever used they arrived when they said finished the same day and cleaned up you could not even tell they were here. **** the boss came back the next day to make sure we pleased with everything totally a top notch company I would recommend them to anyone.

The very high rating I have given 33 Carpenters is because everything they promised they did and did well. The person who was my initial contact, Zach, laid out what needed to be done and was present for each of those steps, helping me with each. The roof was replaced quickly, it turned out exactly as was envisioned and importantly the yard was well cleaned. Additionally everything was done expeditiously. What was promised was delivered.
