Was a subcontractor for this company. At first, they were paying their bills and we were knocking out jobs for them. After they ended up in court with a major insurance company over some fraudulent stuff they were doing, they stopped paying their subcontractors. We were one of them that got screwed by these crooked contractors. Luckily we stopped doing work for them after it got too far out of hand but we still got screwed out of $18,000. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Started a project in May - did not finish till September - for roof and gutters. And the roof leaks!!WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THEM

Unfortunately, this person is someone who we performed work for in 2016. The work was completed and they never paid their bill. We are not sure why a bad review would come forward from 6 years ago, especially when they never paid their bill. It seems that this is a malicious feedback that is unfounded for the company.
33 Carpenters replaced our house roof along with our barn roof. ********************* was the site manager and took great care of us. Workers showed up on the day promised and had house completed and 3/4 of the barn roof done the first day. Workers stayed 12 hours to get as much completed as possible the first day and came back first thing the next morning to finish.
33 Carpenters recently finished my new roof. What a great job from start to finish, a beautiful roof. The communication with Sam ****** was excellent from start to finish. Sam was a good communicator so we always knew what was happening. The roofers did an excellent job and a great clean up and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend my project manager, Sam, and his crew. 33 Carpenters did all the foot work and made this experience easy.<br /> <br /> <br />
33 Carpenters did an amazing job with our roof in the Quad Cities. They worked directly with our insurance company and were able to save us money while doing a fantastic quality job on our roof. Highly recommended. Our contact, ****, was very responsive throughout the process, and the owners, *** and ****** did a fantastic job with follow through to make sure everything went smoothly.

33 Carpenters is a disorganized and dishonest company. The 33 Carpenter project managers are not reliable and rarely were present on the job site. They agreed to replace our roof in August of 2020 and the roof, vents, gutters are still not done, we have gone through the winter with tarps over the roof and vents. The subcontractors have stopped responding because none of them have been paid by 33 Carpenters. Moreover, they continue to promise a timeline but never follow through. 33 Carpenters replaced our roof last March/April and we are still having to contact them about repairs for damages. They did not show up on the day we had scheduled but cancelled due to weather. Then showed up a few days later when it had snowed! There were at least 2 inches of snow on our roof and they spent the first few hours just shoveling snow off our roof.
