My experience was wonderful! Dr & staff were very friendly & put me right at ease. My hygienist was outstanding. I like the music the office play, and the gossip magazines. Note: I was early to my appointment that's why I was able to check one of the magazine articles. :-)
Friday night, an onlay come off while flossing. Of course, Murphy’s Law held true, we were scheduled to leave for vacation on Sunday morning. Called 32 PEARLS Family Dentistry and they were able to add me to their Saturday schedule. All personnel (Receptionist, Technician, and Dentist) were friendly and very professional. From the front desk staff to the hygienist to Dr. Barker these people are the best! Everyone is super friendly. They take the time to explain everything and put my child at ease during her procedure. I highly recommend them!
It's been a long time since I have been to the dentist and I knew it wasn't going to be pleasant as I have a lot of major issues going on. That being said, my experience with the staff has been excellent, beginning with calling the office the 1st time to discuss options and see if they were taking new patients. I was provided with exceptional customer service during my initial visit as a new patient! Dr. Baker and staff did a phenomenal job explaining the care provided during the appointment and detailing next steps for future appointments. I plan to bring my son and daughter for care as well!
