Superintendent ( Lanie) was pretty up to date with regards to maintenance order and concerns of the resident even at night. Love my place it’s quiete and loved my neighborhood. We are accessible to school, groceries and parks and we are a step to the bus stops wherever you wanna go.
The location is great, honestly it's hard to beat, 1 minute walk to Walmart, nofrill and metro, and a handful of other shopping centers. 1 block away from eglinton and your between pharmacy and Victoria park if you like to ttc everywhere and if you are driving, it's less than 5 minutes drive to dvp and less than 10 to 401. If you leave before traffic starts in the morning, you're downtown spadina and gardener in less than 15 minutes. Wish I can put no stars this place is the worst never seen such bad mangement before ,they honestly don't know anything about running a business in Canada .... speechless .!! By the way the pictures look nothing like this place.!!!!!
