Great salon. Anna did a great job with cut and color. The salon is very nicely decorated and there are individual rooms for the stylists.
My experience at 31st Salon and Spa was initially pleasant. I had stylist Taffin and her skills were wonderful for the first few months. However, I went in for my appointment last week to achieve a very light (almost white) blonde. I should note that my hair was already blonde with several pieces on the bottom a light brown and natural growing out on top (light blonde). Nikki cut and colored my hair for several years and has always done an amazing job. Her new salon is top-notch. I called and asked if they had any last minute appointments and was in getting a cut within 20 mins. Taffin did an awesome job and was extremely sweet and professional. For being a "walk-in", I never felt like I was being rushed in and out.
